Twin Peaks, Beavercreek, OH    Our Commercial team wrapped up a Twin Peaks project in Beavercreek, OH for JEB Food Group, LLC. The 9,000 sq. ft. Sports Bar and Restaurant was a renovation of a former Fox and Hound Pub & Grill. Twin Peaks Restaurant franchise is known for its mountain lodge style décor with massive beams and rustic furnishings along with big screen TVs lining the walls to cater to sports fans. Our team provided services such as schematic design, design development, construction documents, construction administration, color blocking of exterior elevations, submittal package for development and site plan approval. The client is especially pleased with the results of this project in both function and aesthetics. They are looking at other previous “Fox and Hound” locations for similar design implementations with our help for new Twin Peaks Restaurants. The Fieldstone A&E Commercial Team has had the privilege of completing eight other Twin Peak locations in Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, and Texas.

Client Portal Coming Soon  As a part of our growth and development and in support of our client’s needs, we will roll out a new client portal, Cortex, where you can request and track projects, as well as communicate with us directly via the portal. Cortex is an internal software that was developed to drive our Client-Focused Process. We believe this will be a valuable tool for our clients and will enable them to be more connected with us during the process of completing their projects.  Teamwork Makes the Dream Work  We have team members spread across the country, so it is a priority to do what we can to promote good, solid relationships. This past year we were fortunate to bring our team members together to build professional friendships and get firsthand knowledge of the work we do on site. Each team came together in Tampa to enjoy many team-building events including site visits of current projects in process. One team was able to tour a truss plant. It was valuable to each team member to see real-life applications of the work they do and understand the process. These team-building trips were very successful and will be a part of annual company events.    We are thankful for the work we do, our team which inspires us to bring our best each day, and for our clients and their projects we are so fortunate to be a part of.
