This 8,300 square-foot clubhouse was designed in a Bahama resort style of architecture and includes an extensive amenity campus. The main building is surrounded by veranda areas.

Community amenities include a clubhouse, pool, pool bath cabana, billiards, fire pit with BBQ patio, lighted sidewalks, fitness center, and children’s playground.

The interior of the clubhouse consists of a dining room, catering kitchen, bar and gathering room.
