Designed in coastal style with some bright Key West influences. The clubhouse features a large social room with catering kitchen, a cafe and lounge area for small gatherings, and craft room. There is a large fitness wing with equipment room, movement studio and locker rooms. The outdoor veranda and pool area are designed for entertaining, with several seating areas, a bar open for use by residents, an outdoor billiard table, and large pool with canopies and cabanas.
