WELLINGTON, FL

This clubhouse remodel and amenity campus is located in Wellington, Florida. The exterior and interior were remodeled, and Fieldstone designed several additional new amenity items. Additions include a pool, bocce courts, tennis, fitness room, spa, and an outdoor living with fire pit and entertaining area.

The clubhouse and amenity campus includes a mail kiosk, pool cabana, sports courts cabana, entry guardhouse, and entry sign. All amenities are designed to match the architectural style of the main clubhouse, thus establishing a community identity through the architecture.
