The fresh coastal aesthetic welcomes you to a vibrant, active lifestyle. This campus boasts an easy-access beach entry swimming pool, bocce courts, tennis/pickleball courts, lawn games, a poolside indoor/outdoor Bar & Grille, fitness/workout rooms, arts & craft studio, conference room, demonstration kitchen and numerous social spaces.

During concept generation, the design objectives were to be ‘impressive, interactive, engaging, energizing, comfortable and flexible”. This was realized by the expansive Grande Hall which greets you with the soothing sounds of water walls, a living green wall, and an impressive 30’ tall ceiling showcasing featured trusses and clerestory windows that bathe the space in light. The extensive views through the building create a strong connection to the “backyard” where residents are drawn into a multitude of indoor/outdoor interactive social spaces. The lifestyle theme of the Club is “Meet, Greet & Play” and the building stimulates these experiences with generous use of exterior and interior glass creating visibility throughout the space to encourage residents to fully engage with their community.
