We are thrilled to announce that Fieldstone Architecture and Engineering has been recognized as a Silver Award Winner for Best Recreation Facility or Amenity at the prestigious 2024 Aurora Awards. This accolade, presented at the Southeast Building Conference (SEBC) in Orlando, celebrates outstanding achievements in the residential, commercial, and remodeling design sectors across the Southeastern United States and the Caribbean. This award was granted for our work on the BayView Amenity Campus project, a collaboration with Pulte West Florida Division and General Contractor R.E. Floyd.
Dan Langefels, Fieldstone A&E Vice President, expressed, “It was a great pleasure for our creative Amenity Team to work with a first class Client and General Contractor to create an exciting, interactive, resort-style community center where residents are delighted each time they come together with family, friends and neighbors. It’s the perfect place to unwind, relax, socialize or exercise at this expansive amenity campus right in their own neighborhood.”
Langefels further explains it was the Fieldstone A&E team’s driving design principal to bring both Life & Style to the hub of this premier active adult community.
Fieldstone A&E Vice President Dan Langefels and Senior Client Manager in Interior Design, Natasha Ellis were presented with 2024 Silver Aurora Award for the DW BayView Amenity project.
Head of Interior Design, Natasha Ellis, added, “It was an incredible opportunity to be a part of the Bayview Amenity Campus project. Our client, Pulte West Florida Division, gave our team a desired direction and then cut us loose with a lot of creative freedom.”
Ellis praises General Contractor, R.E. Floyd for executing the entire project flawlessly from the entry signs and guardhouse that greet you at the entrance of the community to the amazing clubhouse and bar and grill.
This award highlights the creativity and collaboration that define our work. We extend our gratitude to the SEBC and the Aurora Awards committee for this recognition, and Pulte West Florida Division for the opportunity to work on the BayView Amenity Campus.
