Southgate, MI: Fieldstone A&E renovated former Rosie O’Grady’s Restaurant into a Twin Peaks Restaurant. Renovations included building exterior and interior layout with finishes. The project consists of 9,900 total square feet with indoor seating for 260. The 1,500 sq. ft. outdoor patio area has additional seating for 65 with high-top tables, and cozy fire-pit areas.

Toledo, OH: New Twin Peaks Restaurant with addition and modifications to Franchise documents. The 8,900 square foot project has seating for 300.

West Chester, OH: Fieldstone A&E renovated a former multi-level Champps Restaurant for this location just outside of Cincinnati, OH. Interior and exterior renovations included an entry addition and layout and finishes for dining and kitchen areas. The 11,000 sq. ft. projects holds a total of 325 seats. Interior dining room and bar has seating of 250, a lounge area holds 15 seats, and 60 seats on the Outdoor Patio including around a fire pit.

Bryan (College Station) TX: Fieldstone A&E renovated former Kruez Market Restaurant into Twin Peaks Restaurant. Renovation included building exterior with an entry addition and interior renovations to the dining and kitchen areas consisting of layout and finishes. The 9,000 square feet restaurant has seating for 180 in the dining room and bar seating, and additional seating for 50 in a lounge area.
