This clubhouse and amenity campus is in-progress in Sarasota, Florida. The project includes a new 8,929 square foot resort-quality clubhouse. The amenity campus entails a clubhouse, entry guardhouse, entry feature, mailbox kiosk, pool, sports courts and extensive landscaping.

The main building is done in a Spanish style of architecture with a grand entryway tower and adjacent archway details. The front facade includes a series of large arched windows surrounded in thoughtful architectural detailing that evokes a custom, one of a kind experience.
