Auburn Hills, MI
The design, which occupies 11,000 square feet on the second floor of the Ashford Commons building at 3400 Auburn Road is unmistakably modern and sleek. Its disarmingly neutral color palette combines dark, espresso-stained wood surfaces with granite and polished metal accents in conjunction with touches of Fieldstone’s corporate blue color to create a warm, invigorating environment.
Interplays on transparency repeat throughout the lobby and the board room where visual connection and spatial hierarchy have replaced the claustrophobic rooms and corridors left by the former tenant. Promoting the idea that Fieldstone’s work supports the creative arts, custom abstract artworks were selected to enhance each space and add character to the office environment.
