Dunja JENKINS

Dunja has over ten years of architectural experience in the community homes and clubhouses and amenity campus sector. She received the majority of her experience working with Pulte Homes, where she served as a member of the Special Projects Design team. Dunja was responsible for designing large amenities including clubhouses and other associated commercial accessory structures. Additionally, she was also responsible for numerous high density multi-family projects including town homes, stacked flat carriage, and multi-story condominiums.

In addition to construction photo documentation, consultation, and project coordination, Dunja created and managed the architectural team’s product catalogue.  Furthermore, she was in charge of selecting exterior and a number of interior finishes for the various commercial projects.

Dunja has taken on multiple projects ranging from custom homes to multi building campuses.  She is particularly skilled at community theming, exterior color selection, brochures, and other marketing materials.  Her creative insight and desire to deliver a polished product proves to be an asset for clients.
