about

Daniel brings over 30 years of architectural and management experience to Fieldstone. Daniel is involved in all aspects of project development including programming; design; design development; construction documents; construction administration; consultant selection and coordination; client contact and business development.

Early in his career he gained diverse work experiences while working with a City Survey Crew, and with a prominent University of Minnesota Structural Engineer on the design and detailing of underground, earth- shelter, and earth-bermed buildings. Daniel moved to Florida and ascended to the position of Associate Architect with a highly respected regional Architectural firm where he served as Project Manager for numerous high density multi-family projects including townhomes and multi-story condominiums. Daniel was also involved in a multitude of commercial projects including office buildings, resorts, hotels, apartments, and mixed-use facilities.

Daniel was then recruited by a prominent national Architecture firm, based in Philadelphia. As Vice President, he managed the Florida office and worked on many commercial projects, with an emphasis on high density multi-family housing. Daniel was then discovered by one of the Nation’s biggest home builders. As the Area Architect in charge of the Special Projects Team, he was responsible for designing and managing a great number of multi-family and commercial lifestyle amenity projects consisting of Clubhouses and supporting accessory structures, entry features, and amenity campuses. Daniel also performed quality control reviews, developed construction “best practice” details, and conducted ADA compliance audits.
