Spanning over 700 acres, Corkscrew Shores is nestled around natural preserves and a sparkling 240-acre lake. This gated community features a sophisticated resort-style clubhouse and amenity center.  The design was influenced with a contemporary Coastal architectural style throughout the dining room, catering kitchen, bar, gathering room, locker rooms and lobby area for a full luxury experience.

We partnered with this client to design an amenity campus that would stand out from the competition with features for multiple buyer groups.  This campus features a Captain’s Club Bar & Grille, pool bath cabana, entry guardhouse and event lawn gazebo aside from the sophisticated resort-style clubhouse.
