Tom’s passion for construction started at a very young age as third generation carpenter. Prior to becoming an engineer, he had over 10 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry.
Starting off as an entry-level engineer for Pulte Homes, he quickly rose through the ranks, becoming the engineering and quality manager. Tom developed the Enterprise Resource Planning system used for production facilities, successfully tying all departments to a centralized database, thereby increasing company profit and quality.
As Chief Operating Officer of Fieldstone A&E, he is intimately involved with all day to day operations as well as business development. Tom is a principal engineer and the engineer of record on many single family, multi-family, and commercial projects.
