Chad has over 10 years experience in virtually every area of the design/construction process. Chad is experienced in the early stages of project design as he listens to the client’s programming needs. This helps with developing the conceptual designs required to achieve a final product that is both functional and pleasing while meeting budget constraints. Chad works closely with various trade contractors and vendors to ensure the crucial technical needs are incorporated into the final design.
